But I do feel that the hoop is a bit heavy for her earlobe. I hope she doesn't wear it too long or it can hurt hear earlobe..

Those "puffy" hoops really don't have any weight as they are two peaces of formed foil brazed together. I don't really like them much, but they look nice on her.
