I think, she will lost her earrings in near future, the lobe will be pulled out.

The piercing is quite low, but it does not show any cutting, just compression from the weight. I suspect she does not wear earrings that heavy often. If that's the case, she will be fine. If she takes a liking to heavy earrings, she should consider getting a higher hole put in, or as some girls now do, wear the hoop in the upper piercing. Nice soft lobes though, so I bet the earrings dance nicely
