It certainly does look a bit low but i could just be a stretched out hole if she is a regular wearer of heavy earrings. A friend of mine's lobe actually stretched right through from jusy wearing earrings.
Despite that they are rather spectacular hoops. Like a gold version of your's B?

Looks like the original piercing is just way low. Big problem! You need to have good blood flow under a piercing which is no problem when you hit dead center, but when they get them pierced near the edge, it pinches off the supply and the piercing sinks real fast. She should just start over. The wire on that earring tilts up so it makes it look stretched worse than it is. Still, moving it up a ways would be a move she would never regret.
