followup: Telling a girl that you like "big hoops" usually results in a chuckle or a smile with an eye roll. I think most girls figure that guys are into something; High heels, Fish net stockings, certain skirts or tops. Why would it end at the neckline? As long as it is something they can change at will, they are in control so it does not come off as threatening. (As compared to a guy staring at their big boobs.) A couple of girls I know even use it to their advantage and show up in big hoops when they are about to ask me to do something for them.
