What size do you wear regularely already? One inch hoops are still quite impressive on a man, I think. Everything is relative, so one inch will be as noticable as two inches on a woman.
Don't forget that you could always increase in small steps. That way both you and people seeing you often, such as your girlfriend, will get used to it without much noticing. The human being reacts to big sudden changes, but not so much to gradual change.  |
