Hello.
I like girls with hoops very much but my girlrfriend dont like to use them at all. What can I do. She only have two pair off hoops. On silver and one black pair.
Can you girls tell me how can i support her to use hoops sometimes. |

I am a man, but have encountered the same situation before, with different outcomes. There is probably no "silver bullet" answer to your questions, but here is how I think about it;
I assume that you have mentioned to her that you like the looks of hoops, and that you think it would make her look very attractive in your eyes? Or maybe it is only a secret dream of yours, that she does not even know of?
Does she enjoy wearing earrings at all, not only hoops? Then she might think that "big" hoops look too bold? You could suggest (or give as a present) smaller hoops. When she notice how good she looks in them, and how people look at her more (and she knows that the hoops are not _that_ big, so they are not looking because they are shocked or something). She will maybe start wearing hoops after that?
If she don't like to be seen with hoops in public (of whatever reason), you could ask her if she would like to wear hoops when she is alone with you at home? It might turn her on to know that it turns you on, even if she does not like the look of it herself?
A former girlfriend of mine, who has ear holes, almost never wore earrings, and when she did, it was the sort of earrings that I found uglier than no earrings at all... :-(. At some time, I gave her a pair of plain sliver hoops with a diameter of 2.5 cm (1 inch). She didn't wear them. But at a time we went for a boat trip together, under which she was wearing them, for me, I suppose. Alas, it did not last after that, but it was a found memory. :-)
Good Luck! |

Depends on the reason! These are the top reasons a girl would not wear hoops:
1) Shy- She may not want to be noticed. Strangely, she may be more open to wearing them in an intimate setting, one on one, but not in public. During a fun romp might be the best time to tell her you get "turned on" by big earrings. Then expand the statement about hoops.
2) Fear- Horror stories abound about getting ones ears ripped out by big hoops. Truth is, there is very little fact behind this one. Big hoops, especially the latch bar types, open up with very little downward pressure and are much safer to wear then other earrings. The worst are the small screw-back studs (like diamonds) that will not open if the get caught on clothing.
3) Slut- She may equate big hoops with being sluttish due to some prior event or observation in her life. This may be the hardest one to overcome. As with "Shy", the best time might be to approach the subject in an intimate setting.
Good Luck! |

My girlfriend knows I like hoops and other big earrings but it does not help. I understant that in study or working its not very nice to use hoops but sometimes if we go movies or somethings like that it would be nice to see her using hoops. One day when I pick her up from the work she had big black hoops I never saw her using before I was like wow. But she had not used these after that |

It's taken my wife 10 years to fully appreciate how much I like hoops and she wears them every now and then especially for me.
She definitely thought they were slutty - that was a big problem to overcome. Some of her friends wore them occasionally and her sister said she'd like to wear them but they don't look right on her. After that she was definitely happier to wear them.
I'd say the best course is to ask her outright why she doesn't wear them - at least that will give you a starting point to overcome.
I'd also say be careful about getting her to wear them just during 'intimate' occasions as this can reinforce any feelings that they are slutty.
Good luck! |

Wish I had some words of advice, the girl I'm seeing now is the same. I've dropped a few hints here and there and she usually sames something like "they look silly on her" so all I can say is give it time. |

Many see them as trashy and unprofessional. While others like me find them to be quite glamourous |

Boys! as a girl, you either love them or hate them, some women do not like hoops and that is that. I would suggest just being honest. Say to her " I really like the look of large hoop earrings, would you mind wearing some for me" in turn offer her something. "if you do i'll take you to your favourite restaraunt (or something like that). She may not wear them daily, but she may wear them occasionally, which lets face it is better than not at all! |

At least two girls I know are aware that if they wear large hoops they can hit me up for big favors and I will never turn them down. So, when I see one of them them coming and they are wearing big hoops I am thankful, but know my back will probably hurt by the end of the day! What can I say, I am enslaved by big hoops! |

Now I have been married with my girlfriend almost a year. She has been using earrings three times. In our wedding and two other times. Two times she had great dangling ones, but never hoops during that time. I´m desperate. |

I'm in almost the same boat. Been with a girl for about 6 months now but in that time I have not seen her wear any jewelry of any type, and on top of that she doesn't have pierced ears. So that is the biggest hurdle at this point, it's not like I could even get her to wear a pair on a whim. Plus there was a time we were out with her friends and she kept telling her friend her hoops were too big and she shouldn't be wearing them, which made my heart sink.
In my case, I haven't even said anything to her about it yet so it's hard to say how she'd react if I told her. But I'm fairly confident that if she understood how much it meant to me she'd get her ears pierced and wear them for me. In your case, you've said she knows but I wonder if she knows just how strongly you feel about them. Maybe she thinks it's just something you like a little versus love a lot. So maybe sit her down and talkt o her about it again, make her realize just how important it is to you, and as LoveLobes mentioned maybe if you offer to do something important to her in exchange she will.
Best of luck! |

Nope, not all. This is now the second girl I've dated who doesn't :S The last one had them done not even a month after we broke up (though I had nothing to do with it). |

I have dated with four girls and my wife is fifth. I made remembrance about these girls and earrings.
My first girfriend: one hole each ear, everyday earrings - no dangles and hoops. I asked her to take more holes and use dangles, no effect.
My second girlfriend: one hole in right ear two holes in left ear. Dangles and hoops user.
My third girlfriend: one hole each ear, almost never earrings.
My fourth girfriend: three holes each ear, sometimes hoops.
My wife: three holes right ear one hole left ear. Only sometimes dangles and hoops. She has many dangles and hoops but she just dont use these |
