Because most AI is pretty much censored now, heres the way to do it:
Get a cloud RTX 5090 on runpod, would be nice if you do it through my ref link and you also get at least a 5$ bonus.

Select in the templates -> OneClick - ComfyUI - MiniMax H3 Uncensored - CU13
Serverlocation -> I recommend EU because its downloading pretty quickly and you dont waste 1 hour downloading everything
select the RTX 5090 -> deploy pod -> wait a minute until everythings set up automatically -> connect to comfyui
there you select the minimax h3 image to video and start it...you get some errors because the models are missing, view at the errors and mouse over where it says downloading, click download to pod...wait a few minutes until everyhings downloaded.
then upload or drag the image to the window in the middle (where it says choose file to upload)
below you can leave everything as it is, resolution selector mexapixels 0.9, on the right, where the image to video text input is, select the second model (unet_na..." so one arrow to the right, this saves a lot of generation time, enter above the description and then you can click above run.......duration...10 seconds are about 10 minutes....15 seconds 15 minutes...dont exceed 25...15 is the sweetspot.....afterwards you see on the right the video when its ready and you can download it. if it turns out bad just change the noise seed by 1 and try again. always add "make sure that the physics of her extra large hoop earrings are correct".

made some 100s videos now with this local ai, works pretty good. a gamechanger is to select this "eros10" model in this template. you can put the turbo steps down to 6 and then it takes about 8 minutes for 12 seconds. the physics of the hoop earrings are really really good, you can even do like 20 inch hoop earrings.
most important thing is to have a good source image, so grok is pretty much the way to go and then pay attention with the prompts. then i have like a 90% success rate in good videos.
there was some kind of update and it doesnt really work anymore with the rtx 5090, only up to 10 seconds and 11 minute creation time...doesnt make sense...
switch to the rtx 6000, costs 2$/hour instead of 1...but you do a ~15s clip in like 5 minutes...or 25s in like 11 minutes...so it kinda costs the same as before.
