Ive travelled around a bit and have noticed how different cultures wear different types of earrings.
Recently in South America, most of the women wear large hoops. Europe seems to be all about the dangles at the moment, and US and Canada seem to be opting for the studs or button earrings??
Anyone else noticing regional trends in ear-wear??
Can't say I've seen a lot button earrings in Canada, nor a favourtism towards studs. There's certainly been a decline in hoops compared to what I saw in the early 2000's, but it's hard to say if that's just because I"m not in school anymore so I'm not around as many young girls who are trying to stand out. Perhaps I just need to get out more!
