Just found this rather interesting quote from Claudia Schiffer:

Apparently, she had her ears pierced in 2006 for the advertising campaign she did for Accessorize...

In the "Claudia Schiffer" gallery, I posted a picture of her in hoops from 06-07 timeframe. I think this may be one of the first sets she posed pierced in, but I can't be sure. I would consider them "moderate" in size, but I am pretty sure most girls would think they were large. |

Oh wow, never knew she had finally gotten them pierced. I remember trying to find pics of her years back and finding out she didnt have them pierced and was quite shocked.
Definitely time to do some more searching! |

According to this site she had her ears pierced for a movie so she could wear hoops in it... Couldnt find the movie to download but I found this clip:

Some years ago, there was an ad-campaign for the german "OTTO" Mailorder house to their 50? 75? 100? anniversary, where Claudia Schiffer worn some good sized silver hoops. There was an Ad in TV and I saw one placard of her at a busstop and nearly crashed my car... for some time i searched pictures of this add, but never hat luck with it.
Maybe the guys in the OTTO Media dep. have an heart when you write ´em an friendly mail. |
